Who is Niraj Govinda Shrestha?
Niraj Govinda Shrestha. Born in 1956 in Nepal and is currently considered as one of Nepal’s most successful businessmen. As of March 2001 Niraj was elected and currently serves on the Board of Directors of JSC, the holding and managing company of Amkador.
The Chandra-Jit-Rajendra Memorial building is situated at the southern area of Shree Ranaugeshwori Goddess temple.
Local people have a challenge conducting their regular activities of the Gudhi (trust), hymning, social and religious activities. It is therefore considered essential to have a building where the people can undertake such activities without interruption.
Mr. Niraj Govinda Shrestha is a resident of the Bhagawati tole and currently resides in Belarus within the Soviet republic. He is the eldest son to the father; late Jit Govinda Shrestha and the mother; the late Chandra Kumari Shrestha. Mr. Niraj Govinda Shrestha has been responsible for constructing a single-storied Jit memorial building that depicts the Nepalese art, style, and culture in memory of his mother, brother, and father. The foundation stone was laid by every party on 12th of the Ashad 2074. In regular time, this is on 26th June 2016. The ceremony was overseen by Mr. Rajeshwor Prasad Udaya, who is the president, on behalf of Mr. N Govinda Shrestha and the donor.

The single storied Chandra Jit Rajendra building is constructed and completed following the values, standards, and parameters of archaeology and the donor Mr. Niraj Govinda Shrestha had welcomed the Chandra Jit Rajendra memorial building to Gudhi management committee on the 7th day of Bhadra 2075 B.S. The date in the conventional calendar is on 23rd September 2018. This was done in the presence of Mr. Ashok Kumar Shahi, who is a mayor of Tansen municipality, Dr. Puran Bajachrya, who is a member of Provincial legislature. Mr. Daya Raj Basyal, who is a chief of District Coordination committee Palpa, among other distinguished guests.
The total expenditure of the properly equipped Chandra-Jit-Rajendra memorial building is close to five million.
It is our hope that the construction of this memorial building will ease the daily activities of the Hudhi. The pious works with a strong loyalty towards Goddess Bhagawati will be remembered forever.
